Winemaking:
Vineyards between 25 and 60 years old. Soils are different types of slate, limestone, gravels and sand which give Etim El Viatge a richness of aromas that clearly identifies it with D.O. Montsant.
Harvest of Grenache and Syrah is usually done between the first fortnight of September and the first of October. Carignane is harvested at the end of October. Fermented separately in stainless steel at controlled temperature.
Aged 6 months in French oak (3rd year).
