Ron Maja stems from the passion and determination of two Salvadorian entrepreneurs who dreamed of creating El Salvador’s first rum by perfecting a family recipe, conceived in the early XIX century in the coastal town of Sonsonate, El Salvador, by involving the extraordinary experience of Don Pancho Fernández, a world-renowned Cuban Master Rum-Maker, to bring Ron Maja to life.
TASTING
Intense yet smooth on the palate, with a full body notably influenced by oak wood along with light and perfect balance between muscatel and sherry. Seductive aroma infused by scents of smoky wood and refined pure alcohols, maximized through aging.
