METHOD
In the village of Pese in Panama, master rum Don Pancho discovered the San Carlos distillery created in 1919, he totally restored and renamed it under the name of Las Cabras. The rum is aged in white oak barrels used for bourbon, carefully selected.
Offrian means to Offer in Old English and illustrates the mysterious process we called the Angels Part.
TASTING
Rich copper color with amber highlights, the nose is elegant, spicy with soft notes of plums and vanilla supported by a very fine oak. The mouth is sweet and warm. The spices are expressed with notes of hazelnuts and gingerbread. The finish is supple and melting.
