Strictly hand picked early in the harvest. Limited production to 65 hl / ha. Pressing of whole grapes without crushing to collect the most delicate juice. Pressed, separated and distilled after fermentation. Second fermentation in the bottle. Bottles stay on lees for at least 12 months
Tasting
Bright pale yellow wine. Beautiful creamy foam. Delicate notes of white flowers and dried fruits. The attack is frank and festive, on the fruit and freshness.
