METHOD
In the village of Pese in Panama, master rum Don Pancho discovered the San Carlos distillery created in 1919, he totally restored and renamed it under the name of Las Cabras. The rum is aged in white oak barrels used for bourbon, carefully selected.
Offrian means to Offer in Old English and illustrates the mysterious process we called the Angels Part.
TASTING
Showing a beautiful clear amber with tawny reflections, the nose is sweet, with notes of dried fruits. The palate is gourmand, with fruity touches and a hint of caramel and honey. The mouth is slightly spicy. The finish is silky, pleasant on citrus notes.
