Winemaking: Whole grapes are picked in a very advanced stage of ripeness (October) and are placed in vats. Maceration for 15 days at controlled temperature. The wine will rest for 6 months in tank before being aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Tasting
Bright dark garnet with purple hues. Penetrating and aromatic bouquet of candied red fruits with a hint of vanilla, pepper and nutmeg. Very harmonious and offering all the notes of the Garrigue. Elegant and generous, with beautiful tannins and exquisite balance. It explodes in mouth and ends on crushed almond notes. Distinctive wine.
